Identify and Justify: The need for service around the community is repairing thing with welding. For my service I would to repair things around the community or build something to enhance it.
Evaluate: There are coarse out there that help people learn how to weld maybe I could help with these classes.
Personal skills: some of my personal skills are hardworking, leader, and most imporantly for this service I know how to weld pretty well.
Skills I want to work on: they're many things i need to improve on you can you always improve on welding but I would also like to stop procrastinating as well as Improve my studying habits.
Ethical issue: one ethical issue in welding is reporting bad welds or using bad welds people at work may not like you if you keep reporting their welds because they are unsafe and if I make a bad weld will I own up to it and make a new weld or make that weld safer.
Refection on my investigation: Through my research of welding I have learned that they're are many different types of welding and different types and different scenarios you can be placed in when you are an welder. I read an account of a man who has been apart of many different welding jobs he has worked in construction to manufacturing and he said each job was a new experience.
